Julie really knows the local market. She is professional, honest and extremely hard working. There was a rather long process in getting my house onto the market and Julie helped me all the way. It was also a very emotional experience and she was understanding and showed empathy, I felt supported. She was always responsive to my questions and any help that I required. Her weekly reports whilst the house was on the market kept me up to date and gave me a realistic guide as to what to expect come auction day. Despite a slowing market and rising interest rates, my expectations were exceeded. I put this down to all of Julies hard work. I am truly thankful. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone planning to sell!
