Since 2017 Kayla has been trusted with looking after our little piece of paradise on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Being located a significant distance away, comfort is provided knowing that I have a set of eyes & ears on the ground looking after my best interests. In recent times during Covid this has become most apparent and has highlighted for me the contrast of people within the industry who truly manage your property and those who just bear the title property manager. Going above and beyond does not do justice to the professional care and service one can expect she has literally swept the dirt out of my properties studio. When external trades are required to be called upon for maintenance -Kayla has access to fantastic efficient local resources. In a world where we are all busy (Kayla is extremely busy) nothing seems to faze her and her clients interests are always front of mind. To anyone who is looking to engage a property manager in a heartbeat I would recommend the services of Kayla & Harcourts South Coast

I am writing a personal background analysis about our Rental Property Manager, Kayla Schwartz who works for Harcourts South Coast. Kayla has been our Rental Property Manager for over 5 years now at 2 premises. 1, 1 Nation Court Encounter Bay 2. 49 Greenhills Rd Victor Harbor I have found Kayla to be friendly, courteous, caring, prompt and professional. We have had a relationship both on a professional level through our cleaning business for a while and our rental tenancy but also on a personal level through our involvement in the Encounter Bay Football Club with our families. Kayla has not only shown compassion and caring to me through my personal battles with an ongoing illness, but has also shown compassion and caring to my family whom she has communicated with and worked with on a number of occasions.

Perhaps one of the greatest testimonials you can give in property management is going from being managed as a tenant by someone incredible to asking them to manage your own property. That's the case for me with Kayla Schwartz. As a tenant I found her to be extremely responsive, professional, thorough, and friendly. So following the purchase of an investment property, Kayla was my immediate go to. Kayla is above and beyond. As an example, in the lead up to purchasing my investment property, she was taking calls from me and giving me tips on how best to renovate my property - all before I had even asked her to manage it!
