Being a tenant with the team at Home 2 Home Realty as our property managers has been a positive experience. They have always been very prompt with issues that arise and all lovely people to deal with. Would use them to be a tenant or an owner without hesitation.

"5 star agency for a reason"

The reviews really dont lie - Home 2 Home is a 5 star agency for a reason. We had Kelly as our property manager for our tenancy and she is such a pleasure to deal with. Kelly treats the tenants she looks after with respect and really cares for them (well never forget her excitement when she met our newborn daughter for the first time). I think the best thing about H2H is that they work with great landlords too, and as a tenant that really takes the stress out of renting as you know youll be treated as a human! Thank you Kelly, wed never hesitate to recommend you to either investors or tenants!

In 2018, I was recommended to Donna's Home2Home by one of my pickiest friends who has the highest standards. Sadly, at the time I fell for the bells and whistles (and false promises) of a property manager in Applecross who had bought the agency's rent roll. Thankfully, I signed up only for 1 year and the year could not end quick enough. There were 7+ property "relationship managers" each leaving after a few weeks in the job, often young and nave - even before I knew their name. The owner was too busy to care. Damage went unreported for several inspections, there were always problems with monthly accounts, and I had to follow up multiple times for every issue. A year of nails scratching blackboard! So after that awful year of dismal property management, I signed up with Home2Home in March 2020. Kelly our property manager has been TERRIFIC. She identifies herself as an "Investment Manager" looking after MY Superannuation. With that attitude, she has been most AMAZING! We had a week vacancy between tenants in one property - including inspections, bond, repairs, and cleaning. Property Condition reports are meticulously checked after a tenancy, inspections are thorough, improvements are recommended that offer most bang for buck, and reported damage/faults remedied. They have a team of tradesmen, who are sincere, well-priced and efficient, my calls/emails are answered very promptly and I feel respected and valued as a customer. In the past 9 months with H2H, I am very happy with the service received and have since added another property (off DHA lease) into their management. This Rockingham property is under the capable hands of Shannyn, who luckily was trained by Kelly! I would not hesitate to recommend Home2Home Realty for property management. If I was to buy or sell any property, I would also use their services. Donna has my back and as owner, she keeps a watchful eye on everything and her team is approachable, honest and ready to help. This is a T-O-P agency with staff who roll up their sleeves (yes, they are known to carry WD40 and tools in their car!) and work hard to protect and add value to my property portfolio.

Brentwood is close to everything , 15 mins from the city , 7 mins to Westfield Booragoon . Not far from Fremantle , Its right in the middle and so close to major roads
