"did not over promise"
Fantastic agency that we dealt with, they did not over promise us and made sure that we got the price that we wanted. We tried to sell the house with another agency but did not succeed, many other agents tried to contact us but we felt like Biggin & Scott will be the best fit for us. We were hesitant to sign an authority again but after the professionalism and assistance that Biggin & Scott provided us we felt comfortable. They definitely went above and beyond for my family. Now we are moving along the journey and will always have Biggin & Scott as the first point of contact.
