Being new to the selling and buying industry, we had no idea where to begin. Lousie made us feel comfortable, and happily walked us through the whole experience. Louise has an excellent knowledge of the local market and a very specific knowledge of the niche area of managed holiday accommodation into which my unit fell. Without this specialised knowledge she wouldnt have been able to locate the right type of buyer, or to help them understand the financial information provided. This knowledge combined with a can do, approach and close client liaison has achieved a sale in approx 6 weeks. I bought and sold through her, and highly recommend her
