Matt was professional, helpful and made the process of buying our property very easy. I did not enjoy working with any other agents throughout the four months we spent looking for a property - only Matt and the rest of the team at Ray White Menai. Matt and his team are completely professional, honest and helpful - I trust them and I will definitely look to sell through them eventually - we have already recommended them to friends and family who are thinking of selling

"Good result is a soft market"

We were selling our property in a buyer's market with prices falling and forecast to fall further. We interviewed a number of agents and chose Matt as he made use feel comfortable from the first meeting where he outlined and explained a strategy that made sense to us. Throughout the campaign we found Matt to be engaged, honest, trustworthy, respectful and a highly effective communicator, never pushy. He would call to keep us informed whenever there was new information or just to check in and provide an update. Ray white delivered an effective marketing strategy and campaign that saw our property attract big numbers through the open houses. Matt was also able to attract potential buyers from out of the area due to Ray White's reach across the entire Shire. We felt this was an advantage over local agents. We sold at auction at a time when clearance rates were in the low 50's. We both thought the result achieved was good given the market conditions. Selling a home is stressful at any time and having an agent you feel comfortable with is really important. Overall we feel satisfied with the process and would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team to get the job done.
