"A person of integrity and upright character"

I have known Matthew Nolan for over 20 years,initially from when he was working with his father in the family real estate firm of M J Nolan Pty Ltd and later,after his father retired,when the family firm was absorbed into Rich and Oliver Real Estate. Matthew oversaw for many years, in a most professional manner, the management of our familys commercial property at Auburn.In this duty he ensured to our satisfaction that the conditions of the lease held by the tenant were strictly adhered to at all times. Later,at the time of sale of the property,he kept me informed during the marketing campaign with regular feedback on the response from advertising and the level of buyer interest.Through all his efforts we achieved a successful sale on the day of the auction. In all the years of association with Matthew,I have found him to be a person of integrity and upright character as well as becoming a most sincere and reliable friend. On the basis of all of this, I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew to anyone looking to sell their home or investment property.
