Nik knows his business! And it showed in the way he presented himself in knowledge of the market and communication. With honesty and professionalism we felt comfortable knowing we had chosen the right people to sell our home. In less than 2 weeks on the market we had a firm buyer. "Completely restored my faith in real estate agents"
I cannot say how impressed I am with Nik and Paragon. They have completely restored my faith in real estate agents. Apart from selling our property quickly, nothing was ever too hard for Nik and his team. I would absolutely recommend Nik and Paragon. There is no one else you should use if you want great service and a great result.

"Satisfying outcome"
A highly professional and efficient marketing team working behind the scenes. The house went to market on short notice and the photographs, for sale sign, and online marketing with put together smoothly and stylishly. Home opens were run with good communication to me as the client and feedback provided afterwards. Despite not reaching the anticipated price point, the deal was clinched with Nik and Theo working in tandem to a satisfying outcome.

"Wonderful experience"
I had a wonderful experience with the team at Paragon. Both Nik and Theo - what a fantastic team. I can not speak highly enough of their customer service, genuine care and knowledge of the property and of the area. I have loved dealing with them and they have made this process such an enjoyable one for me. The admin team are incredible also. "Easy to deal with"
I found Nik to be easy to deal with and did not obscure or make vague claims about the property and the seller's expectations. Other agents I've dealt with were often deliberately unclear about the seller's wants, but Nik was upfront with me, which was a large selling point for purchasing the house. The price point that they set was in line with market value. The house was staged beautifully. I'm actually copying some of the ideas from what they've done with it. When I sell this property in the future, he will definitely be in my list of people to contact.

"Went above and beyond"
Nik went above and beyond in setting up the sale of my unit! He discussed my options, visited my unit and gave advice for possible renovations that would assist in selling. Nik called after every home opening and kept me in the loop throughout the process! We ended up selling for a good price due to Niks skills.

"Nik went the extra mile in every way"
Nik went the extra mile in every way. He was easy and straight to talk to from the get go. Every thing he suggested about the likely outcome of selling my house Re price and time frame happened. The extra mile included assistance from Nik himself to co ordinate his quality suppliers / Trades people to do a few tidy ups and even the little light bulb make goods after the sale to conclude the settlement. I will go straight to Nik the next time I sell a property in Perth and will recommend him to my friends , family and contacts to give him a go if they are selling a property.
