Tony went above and beyond for a seamless transaction, he kept open lines of communication with bothme and my wife every step of the way and that instilled the confidence we needed for both buying and selling. "Who said agents shouldn't care about tenants"
I met Tony as he was the selling agent for the property I was renting. I saw Tony's dedication and hard working efforts in selling the home, which he successfully did, he however made me feel at ease with the process and helped me personally when I worried about my residence, future, security etc. This actually made me help him in finding a buyer by making sure the house was tidy, clean and open whenever he wanted to show people through. Because of his service to other and the time and compassion towards me (a renter), I went to him to find a property to buy a year later. Thank you so much. A real pleasure dealing with an agent with real heart, passion and diligence - definitely 'not your typical agent'
