Peter was very good throughout our house purchase, and infact we would never have known about the property had he not mentioned it at another viewing that we attended! He was very easy to deal with and was not like a standard real estate guy in that he didn't try to embellish the interest in the property to drive the price up. All in all, I would recommend Peter to anyone purchasing or selling a property.
Peter has a very friendly attitude towards his clients, He is the type of person who tells you how he sees it (honesty) we found peter very easy to deal with and talk with.He was always approachable with any questions and would always return calls or emails promptly. So the big question is,would i sell another property using his skill and real estate knowledge. Yes most certainly.

Our buying experience dealing with Peter could not have been better. Peter is extremely knowledgable about the industry and especially his local area. However, what matter most to us was his honesty and reliability. Peter is GENUINE and trustworthy which is rare in this industry. Whenever Peter said he would do something or contact us he did. If we asked him any question he would always give an honest answer, not just one that was generic or designed to benefit the agency or vendor alone. He's just a good bloke. Buying a property is so stressful and the last thing you need is a dodgy agent, poor communication or unreliable information. This issue is non-existent with Peter. I had been searching for a property since Jan 2017, Peter was not like other agents, he didn't talk much when I was inspecting/viewing the property and wasn't pushy or persistent . I did not feel pressured to give an answer
