"our house was sold in below average time"
I visited the LJ Hooker Cleveland office to get some information on selling our home. Phil Dominey was introduced to me by the office staff as a person that specialised in my address area. Phil visited our property and it was immediatetly clear that he was on the ball and had a plan. Throughout the selling process Phil was in regular communication with me. Open house appointments were arranged and went without any issues. Phil's supporting team at LJ Hooker Cleveland were also fantastic keeping me informed of open house times and supplying information I needed throughout the process. Phil's partner Bev was extremely helpful too. Due to the hard work put in by Phil and his supporting team, our house was sold in below average time, with the sold sign added to the board on the day we were relocating north. If I had another house to sell in this area, I would be straight back to Phil and the LJ Hooker team at Clevelend. Well done Phil and team.

we listed our property for sale with another agent, after 90 days with no positive results, we chose to change agents and gave sole agency agreement to LJ Hooker, Phil & Bev Dominey, They seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us to get the best result. they were very knowledgeable in the local market area, explained the strategy they would use and got got right into it, organised photographer for next day, supervised photo layout, put up for sale signs and arranged open house. for following Saturday. before the 2nd open house, Phil told us he had a genuine buyer with an offer, which was negotiated & accepted. We are happy to say , it is sold & we are moving out. We were extremely happy with both Phil & Bev, they were friendly easy to understand and tried to achieve the best outcome for us.

I liked his no nonsense way of doing business. He supported me through the tough times of collapsed contracts, arranged regular meetings to discuss market price fluctuations. There was no pressure to change price, but we agreed to alter marketing strategies to create more interest. And he even worked hard on Sundays negotiating with prospective buyers, and kept me informed all along the way. I also liked the teamwork at LJH Cleveland. Initially when Phil wasnt available, either his wife and team mate Bev, or James the Sales Manager stepped in, and over Easter another LJH salesperson stepped in to do the open house. Then when Louise Denisenko found the buyer, the teamwork between her and Phil was faultless. I would thoroughly recommend Phil and Bev and LJ Hooker Cleveland to any prospective seller or buyer in the Redlands.
