"Awful experience, unprofessional and disorganised"
Working with Ripple Wu (McGrath Box Hill) has been the worst experience for us and we would not recommend her to anyone. She was very unprofessional and disorganised. We are extremely disappointed with Ripples work we feel that she failed us on basic levels of service expected from a real estate. Encountering Ripple and working with her has been the worst experience for us and we would not recommend her to anyone. Firstly, Ripple was not punctual. With the inspections, Ripple was late to the inspections, leaving prospective buyers waiting. Often different people from her team came as well so there was not a single person who was building the relationship with the buyer. The worst part though was that she was late for the actual auction. The auction started at 11AM but Ripple arrived after the auction started. We are aware that she had two other auctions on the same day (before and after our property). Before the auction, we asked her if this would be a problem and she assured us it would not be, but she did not even arrive on time (let alone early to speak to prospective buyers and get a sense if they were keen to purchase). Secondly, she had poor communication/selling tactics. Every week we spoke with her to discuss how the inspections went. We asked her multiple terms about the potential buyers and their price. She never had any feedback on the prospective buyers or what they were thinking in terms of price. She didn't appear to build a relationship or get to know the potential buyers at all. It also seemed that she did not communicate much with the auctioneer and they did not seem to be on the same page. Overall, Ripple overpromised but did not deliver. She told us she would provide the best service before we signed the contract but right after we agreed to let her sell our home, she was too busy. It is unacceptable to be late to inspections and auctions as a bare minimum. It also didnt seem like she engaged meaningfully with any prospective buyers either to build a relationship. We had a very negative experience with her. We want to share our story with other people to warn them of this experience with Ripple and to be cautious before engaging with her to sell your property.

Ripple was delightful to work with. She was professional, efficient and hard working. Best of all, she worked with honesty, transparency and integrity.
