"Not sure why there are so many good reviews here"

We had a terrible time as renters with Robert as our property manager. Was near impossible to communicate with him. We had to use VCAT letter templates to force a response from him within 14 days as all other means had failed after months of effort. We really loved the house we were renting and the area, but Robert made it not worth it.

Apologies for the late review as I moved out of the property a year ago, but Robert is handsdown the best agent Ive come across. He always attends to my emails fast and is very professional. I worked with him for almost five years and have nothing negative to say. Always reliable, always attentive and cares for customer/tenant. Amazing!
