Ryan was fantastic. Our home was being sold to fund our new build and Ryan went out of his way to not only find us a buyer but also gave us the option to remain in the home for the past six months due to delays with our build. Ryan is constantly in touch with us and is always checking in to see how things are going with me and my family and our build. Highly recommend Ryan and his team. An absolute delight to work with. Even if we where difficult at times.

He quoted us what we thought was a very ambitious sale price and managed to reach it which exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic result for us as vendors!
