"An extremely professional and genuine agent"
Im so happy to have chosen Shane as my agent. He was always available to answer questions or just to give me peace of mind on difficult days. Shane worked extremely hard in a difficult market, against much lower sales in the area, to achieve the best sale price. He did not give up when the pressure was on to drop the value. "Professional, Knowledegable and Driven"
From the start, Shane struck us as an agent that knows his audience. He is nonsense, honest and provides excellent guidance and feedback. Shane ran an extraordinary campaign bringing in a huge number of groups to view our home, so many at our first 2 open homes that we almost needed traffic control. Shane provided great tips for home presentation that we followed, transforming our home from an everyday family living space to the feel of a lifestyle. Most importantly to us, he was flexible and showed patience and empathy when some unexpected life events occurred which delayed the first planned marketing just days out from the intended commencement which then took several months to get back to. He continued to check in and ensure our family was ok and helped with future planning. Highly recommend Shane to anyone wishing to sell their property.
