"Sold within a week on the market"
Shantelle was extremely helpful in the presentation of our property for sale. Shantelle clearly knows the market and priced our house to create the interest for it to sell. Sold with in a week on the market. Preparation is the key to a good result. Very pleased with our decision to sell through Bound real estate and Shantelle.

Shantelle was an amazing agent and was extremely open and honest through out the entire process of purchasing the home, her communication through out was top notch and made the process so much smoother, I would highly recommend using bound and Shantelle as an agent and will be keeping her in mind if we ever decide to sell or buy again.
