A true professional with full of enthusiasm

Stephen took my call on the morning of the 1st open house. We had a lengthy discussion about the property. I found his manner to be very personable, professional and surprisingly honest about the property. If it wasn't for the time Stephen spent with me on the phone and the information he shared about the property I would not have changed my plans that very morning to view the property and subsequently make an offer hours later. It was a shame I couldn't continue the sale process with him as we was not the lead agent however based on the limited time spent with Stephen I would definitely recommend him to others as he presented as a very genuine honest agent.

A highly professional agent

I love the diversity and vibe that Artarmon offers. The main strip, Hampden Rd, where numerous cafes, eateries and shops sit is continuously bustling and offering something new. The suburb is popular with professionals due to the proximity to the cbd and has a large Japanese population which comes with its benefits in excellent Japanese dining- my personal favourite being Haru! Artarmon is also one of the most sought after school catchment areas in the lower north shore with excellent public schools are situated. Investors come from the Chatswood and St Leonards where values are slightly higher in search of capital growth.

A suburb with personality

Great suburb for young families and working professional like myself. I purchased an apartment here 6 months ago and we couldn't be happier, the location is excellent. Gordon eateries and cafes are only a stroll away, and it's only a train ride from the CBD. Plenty of green space for sports and outdoor activity, plus the greengate hotel holds excellent trivia Tuesday night and a good watering hole! Did you know Elle Macpherson grew up in Killara?!
