An exceptional level of professional service. Sternbeck's Real Estate are the most knowledgeable and delightful real estate agents to work with and are without doubt the best agency in Cessnock and Hunter Wine Country to buy, sell and rent through. The level of advertising, the feedback during the marketing period and advice relating to market conditions were better than any other agency I've ever dealt with. Communication has been beyond reproach. Their attention to managing the property as if it was their own remains the primary reason I have my portfolio looked after by them. It's all the little things they do and look after on my behalf that has always been the difference. More importantly is the fact that they connected with me personally. I thoroughly endorse Sternbeck's Real Estate for all property matters.

Sternbeck's Real Estate have managed my Cessnock investment property for many years. I cannot fault their operations - rent collection and disbursement, regular routine inspections, bill payments - always keeping me informed. Being an absentee landlord I relied heavily on their local knowledge and guidance when recently engaging local tradespeople to do some major work on my property. Quotes were obtained promptly and passed to me for approval. As a former property manager I am very happy with their services managing my investment property.
