"The best service at the best rates in town"
Having worked with Key2 on the purchase and subsequent management of our dream home in Launceston, we can't speak highly enough of their warmth and professionalism. The property is currently overseen by Tameka/Susie and we've been thrilled with the service provided. Susie ensures that even more delicate issues with the property are dealt with expediently and satisfactorily. Tameka has been managing my first rental property for the past 6 months and have done an amazing job bringing a newbie into the fold. Their expertise and professionalism throughout the process is of the highest standard and nothing is ever a problem. Any minor issues are addressed quickly and any questions I have (there have been a few) have been answered, always ensuring I'm happy and comfortable with how things are going. They have taken the stress and uncertainty out of the process and replaced that with piece of mind and full confidence that they have things covered, which they well and truly do. Engaging Key2 Property to manage my rental properties was the easiest and best decision I could make. Key2 Property have been fantastic from the word go! They are very professional and responsive to any questions. I especially like that our tenants are treated respectfully and their concerns are brought promptly to our attention. As an owner living out of state, they have been excellent in providing photo and video updates during each inspection. We feel our property is in good hands with any maintenance issues dealt with in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
