"A pleasure to deal with."
Todd recently sold us a new home in the area, he then concentrated his efforts into selling our home in Woodlands drive. With Todds market knowledge and contacts, he managed to sell before we went to market and way above our expected sale price. This removed all the stress for a very easy and enjoyable experience. From the start he was helpful, patient, and a delight to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, but he was always happy to explain and help in any way he could which was lovely. Every time we got thrown a curve ball, Todd took its in stride and made us feel comfortable about everything. "An Oasis"
During a period of pandemics, Todd has been a fantastic oasis of calm. The negotiation was completed in a few days, with Todds great communication skills ensuring both buyer (me) and seller knew exactly what it would take to close the deal. It made the process an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. Todd even went that extra yard by lining up an arrangement with the seller where I was able to store furniture in the garage before settling. Both sides agreed Todd provided a Rolls-Royce service.

I am a father of three beautiful boys that I adore. I grew up in Wollongong but have resided in Forster now for 11 years. I am very active in my personal life and very family orientated. I have a trade background and was a supervisor in the mines in Western Australia but the fifo life became too hard on my family so I decided that Real Estate would best suit my personality and work ethic.
