Built no client relationship and poor communication throughout the process. This was our first time selling a house so we were clueless of how things work and we feel like we were not provided with the proper support for first time sellers. We were not provided with information in advance (like how how house needed to be for the photos), had to ask questions that we feel should have been provided and  what we said was not taken into account. We know the value of our home and it was listed for less even though we said what price we wanted/needed it listed for and feel we did not get what we should have for it. We know our house was an easy sell so we should have been able to walk away from this experience much happier.
