A real estate agent with Ray White, Caitlin Jones advertised selling a two bedroom house as it is a rather three bedroom.

When I raised the point that the house is really two bedroom, she argued that the lounge room (5.4x3.6) is big enough, so part of it can be used as a bedroom, and she clarified further by saying "the third bedroom" is currently set up as a living room. It has a door and plenty of room for a bed if a third bedroom was required.

Thank you for 'not' convincing me. 

I think, honesty is a requirement in selling homes worth millions.
