Hi Raffy, I'm a Property Consultant for Ray White and units (depending on the condition and location) range from $260,000 - $400,000 in Ashford and surrounding suburbs like Marleston & Kurralta Park. Again the price is determined as to whether it's in a large group or small group, whether any improvements have been made to the property (new kitchen and bathroom) but usually they're within this price range.
