Whats it like in Austral? Off plan land and home packages, are they a good decision?

Living in Austral is completely different than living in City.
You might experience the huge difference saying that you lived all your life around city.
However saying that living in Austral which is a new suburb for me as well is like living in a peaceful safe environment. But remember you will be living in a Aerotropolis.

At this stage market is very volatile so the valuation will be a hit.
There are pros and cons whether you chose package or build.
Mine was built. Completely satisfied.
Do few comparisons to make a choice.

The land where interested is near Fifthteenth Av, so close to M7 entry.

By build you mean you both the land separately and sourced your own builders?

Yes correct we bought separately & built with builder of our choice

@lisar29 after purchasing the land, did you have to build straight away or you took some time finding the right builder?

Theres a piece of land that we like, but like you, we wanted our own builder. Not so sure of the banks will allow loan for land only then loan for the build to follow.

You can wait after purchase of land.
Check with brokers for different options.
