Hi,
You would definately not be dissapointed moving to Ballarat. Great history and culture. Plenty to do and see, beautiful Museums, Art Galleries, Parks/Gardens and shopping strips. Currently there are around 22,000 elderly living in Ballarat and The City of Ballarat Council estimates that Ballarat and it's surrounds combined total around the 93,500, just by these number, you can see it is definately a suburbs that draws you in.
