Bedford VS Joondanna

Hi everyone. Were new to Perth and have decided to buy a house. I wanted to ask if you think that Bedford is a better suburb than Joondanna. I really cant decide between the two and dont know much about perth. The house in Joondanna is very close to north Perth border, in the catchment of the Kyilla Primary School. The Bedford house is Inglewood side and in the Inglewood school catchment. I like both homes equally my question is which area is best. Please and thank you
