"Quiet and close"
This street is located just off Wantirna Road near the intersection of Canterbury Road. It is only a short drive tot he Ringwood train station, Eastland shopping center, cafes, restaurants and is only a short drive to the Eastlink freeway.
It is a great place for investments and living. Rental value of a 2 bedroom unit would achieve between $350 -$390 per week and a 3 bedroom house would achieve between $420 - $450 per week.
You are sure to achieve capital growth when investing in a property in this location.
