Are there many parents who keep watch at the Belmont Oasis skate park?

There are always a few parents hanging around on the weekends, a few cars parked nearby especially on the weekends. But, after school during the week there doesn't seem to be. I don't think anyone takes on a formal supervision role though, everyone just watching their own kids.
