how is the area west of Signal Hill bushland reserve in Belmont Suburb in WA.

Hi there,
I am planning to purchase a house in Belmont suburb and wondering how the area around Signal Hill bushland reserve on Belgravia street is?
is it safe? any hoon driving and burnouts (i noticed there are road bumps installed on Belgraiva street west of Signal Hill reserve!)
Being close to the bushland, any known safety/security issues like break ins, burglaries? how is the neighborhood in general?
