* Location and proximity to the city and airport as well as being central
* Infrastructure upgrades- Gateway WA project for the airport and connecting Hwy's, many road and drain improvements
* Recent rezoning and local and state council support for developments
* General appeal- plenty of parks, recreation options, public transport, many public and private schools
* Large variety of homes in all price ranges available (1 bed units around $200k to massive homes on development potential blocks up to $1mil)
