Royal PInes living . Opinions please. Fantastic or Prohibitive?
Could anyone enlighten us as to what the rules and regulations, pluses and minueses of living within the Royal Pines estate might be? We are looking at buying a house in the Benowa area and have seen some for sale in The Royal Pines estate as well as outside the estate,.ThanksAny other areas we should consider in Benowa in particular ? We have both Primary and High school aged children .

Royal Pines Living
As a local real estate agent and local resident of Benowa I can say that I have not heard any negatives about living in Royal Pines. I have sold multiple families into Royal Pines and they are still there. As a gated estate it offers safety and security and a great lifestyle of peace and quiet.
