Berkeley Avenue, Heidelberg, VIC 3084

I guess the only con in this street is that it’s similar to Beverley Ave, which is 5 minutes away so you frequently have letters from Beverley Ave. My side of Berkeley Ave is in the Halifax side so it’s great because it means it’s easy to walk to the bus stop (both 517’s will take you to major shopping plazas and 517 northland to Rosanna Station) It’s in the zone (and 10 minute walking distance!) of Viewbank College and Banyule Primary school, both reputable schools. Banyule use to be a small school but now has 600-700 kids. It’s also close to the bike trails, tennis club and very importantly... the Banyule flats! It’s even leisurely to walk all the way to the Heidelberg shopping area through the flats.
