Young family moving from Sydney to the Coast
Hi All,
We currently reside on the northern beaches in Sydney. Due to the crazy amount of money you now need to secure a home in the beaches, it looks like we have to move. We really love the ocean, the beach side vibes, we love the flow that the beaches have and we are hoping to have something similar on the coast.
We have three things that we want in a new suburb.
- Travel time ( Sydney commute will still happen 2-3 days a week) so needs to be 90 ( can be by car) to Wynyard and it will be early morning.
- Family friendly area/ great commute/ village type feel.
- Good Schools/Low crime
We have a good budget, so open to all suggestion as we want to go and check them all out.
Thoughts about Green Point?
I like Wamberal, Erina heights, Terrigal, north Avoca. Im a bit unsure about Gosford area tbh.
