Are there any "haunted" sites in Boulder?

I second stroller's comment on Banjo Billy's Ghost Tour. We did that last October and had a blast. Very cool stories about the haunted areas around town. The most haunted stories seemed to be from the Hotel Boulderado, but that could be because he (Banjo Billy) had a lot of time to kill while parked in front of the hotel while waiting for other passengers.
By the way, the Boulder High Haunted House already started and is getting great reviews---a serious theatre performance and great cause:

Columbia Cemetary (corner of 9th and College) has a tour of the graveyard every Halloween season. Also I recently met the drama teacher at Boulder High School who told me about their haunted house every year. So scarry that some people leave after walking in the door. They have live "actors" who mess with you along the way. Im gonna check this out this year.
I remember the story of a house being haunted in Lake Valley neighborhood. A lady committed suicide and she supposedly haunts her house. Years ago people used to talk about it a lot.
You can drive to the Stanley Hotel as well. Stephen King lived in Boulder in the early 70's. He got his inspiration for "The Shining" after going to the Stanley.
yeah Boulder Highs Haunted house is great and runs each year for a week plus around Halloween, the theatre itself is said to be haunted especially behind and under the stage
