Liquormart was the biggest liquor store I had ever seen when I moved to Boulder. I have not been in it since college, so I can't attest to it's local wine selection, I just know it served the college (of age) crowd well.

The one attached to Whole Foods just off of 28th Street that shares a parking lot with Barnes and Noble. They have a great selection and even some pretty reasonably priced local wines too.
