St Kilda Street, is the second busiest road in Brighton, Nepean Highway is the most busy. This makes them undesirable for traffic congestion, difficult access on/ off the road, air pollution, traffic noise 24/7, and of course safety especially for young people. Next would be North and South roads and New street. Most other streets in Brighton are fine.
