aka Felony Flats. The further you get from 82nd toward downtown,, though, (and even towards the East) gets dramatically less seedy. In either case. Even 82nd Avenue can’t be classified with areas of high prostitution and drug use in other cities. Kids are still generally safe around there, so long as they just start hsngjng out with the he wrong crowd.
