Any feedback on Augusta Point as a gated community to live in?

Hi,
Any gated community in Queensland is a great idea right now, with crime escalating in the past 24 months by 700 percent. My sister lives in a nice home near Brookwater in a gated estate and there's no crime in the estate, but lots of issues in Jindalee and Seventeen Mile Rocks
