What's the average rent for a 2-bedroom apartment in Bucktown, Chicago?

Bucktown has become really expensive in the last few years. Expect to pay $1600-$1800 for a 2 bedroom. You can probably find something that's 2 or 3 hundred cheaper, but not easily. Also, watch out when searching on apartment websites. Neighborhoods like Bucktown that are super trendy tend to get apartment listings that aren't actually in the neighborhood, but in a surrounding one that's not what people are looking for (especially if they're from out of town and don't know the boundaries). Bucktown is from Armitage to North, Western to Damen.
