Where are the good areas?

We are looking at moving to Caboolture in 6months from Victoria with our 3 kids ages 2 - 8 yrs. Which areas should we look at, and which areas do we avoid???

Hi,

Central Lakes is a very nice area, new estate with a direct route to Bribie Island, only 35min to Mooloolaba etc.... I would say stay clear of anything south of the Caboolture River (Morayfield), Central Lakes will have it's owb Woolworthd, Coffee Club, Dominos, Anytime Fitness Centre, Bakery, News Agent, Medical Centre, Priceline opeing in September this year.

Good lck, you will really like th weather up here.

Hi Splitpea,

I have lived in the Caboolture area my whole life, and work here as a Property Manager too. Sure there are some areas to avoid, as there are in any suburbs, but generally I have found it to be great. Some of the more popular areas are the Central Lakes estate as JednRach have described, River Parks estate in Upper Caboolture, Bellmere, Elimbah.
