Reviews of Caboolture South, QLD
"I like it"
Have lived in Caboolture South for the best part of 10 years and I really like it.
The best thing it has going for it is its central location.
I can take a 15 minute stroll to the movies or 10 pin bowling, I can walk to Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Chinese, and Korean restaurants as well as all the usual burger, pizza, chicken and mexican joints. The night-life isn't great but I am also within walking distance of at least 3 places where I can have a beer or a parmi.
I can walk to at least half a dozen different GPs including the Morayfield health hub which is pretty well set up. The hospital is a 10 minute drive away.
Public transport is easily accessible, and glasshouse mountains, Bribie Island and Redcliffe are only a short drive away.
My kids ride their bikes to school.
The main downside in my opinion is that the area needs some attention from the council and would benefit greatly with some beautification.

"Great location"
Close to Glasshouse Mountains, Sandgate Hotel, M1, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. I bought here over a year ago and very happy with the area that I purchased in. Our street is very quiet, the neighbours are very welcoming and take pride with their homes and gardens. There are some negative elements around but you can get that anywhere.
"Investment, Close to everything"
Caboolture south is located close to everything. With Morayfield shopping centre just up the road, Public transport often and a short stroll to Morayflield road.
