HI Suzie This is a great neighbourhood. I have lived in the area for 20 years and worked in the area for 30. It is made up mostly of owner occupiers who look after their home and love their community. The blocks are bigger than new developments and it is surrounded by beautiful parklands and walking tracks while being in walking distance to public transport, shopping and schools while you are only 5 min drive to the public and private hospital- it has it all. I advise all my buyers what a great place it is and it is only 40 min to the Bris airport, Sunshine Coast and hinterland plus Bribie Island - if you are thinking of investing in this area you could not get a better place.
