Cammeray, NSW 2062 is located within the North Sydney local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
With the announcement that there are planned new lines for Crows Nest and North Sydney. How will this affect Cammeray? Will it see its property prices increase? I know completion is not expected till 2020 but will they also be a surge in new housing?
