Hi Cherryzlu,
There is only Belmont State Primary School in Belmont and it has a good name. It is quite a big school but has lots of facilities and gets above average results from it's pupils.
Windemere Cresent is located in the Greendale area of Carindale and is in a great part of Carindale. Close to bus transport, bikeways, walking tracks and Pacific Golf Course. There are plans for a shopping centre on the corner of Greendale Way and Scrub Road.
