Is the crime really that bad near the train line?
Carlisle, WA 6101 is located within the Victoria Park local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
Interested in buying in Carlisle within walking distance from a train station. Have never lived near the Armadale or Thornlie lines but have been told to avoid living too close due to crime and unsocial behaviour. What is the experience of the locals? Was looking at property on Jupiter St near Oat St station.
Have also heard that Thornlie line stations (eg Carlisle station) have less problems than Armadale line stations (eg Oat St). Any truth to this?
