Oslen Retreat in Caroline Springs

It's probably one of the best streets in Caroline Springs and it's in Northgate Estate which is arguably the best estate in Caroline Springs. It's situated adjacent to the Stony Hill Creek walking trail as well as being walking distance to public transport (bus), primary and secondary schools, Taylors Hill Village shopping centre with its eateries, GP clinic, dentist, hairdressers, chemist, cafe, etc. It's also the closest CS estate to Watergardens shopping centre and train station. I don't see it being on the edge of CS and Fraser Rise as being a drawback in and of itself. Fraser Rise is an established suburb now and it's nearing completion.
