Also -
• Lord Street to be constructed as a single carriageway between Reid Highway
and Benara Road. The Infrastructure comprises the earthworks for the ultimate
dual carriageway and construction of the first stage roadworks (single
carriageway). Construction of the second carriageway does not form part of the
contributions arrangements and will be undertaken by the City through MRS
funding when traffic volumes justify an increase in capacity.
