Looking to buy in Melbournes East/ SE
Chadstone, VIC 3148 is located within the Monash local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi all,
I am renting in Chadstone near the Jordanville station now and Im planning on buying a property but this area is very expensive to buy in although I love this area. I am looking for 3-4 bedroom 2 bathroom house (one thats not too old and ready to move into) or a townhouse. I live with my partner, I am a first home buyer and want to buy in an area with a good govt school. I wanted to know about the communitys idea of good family friendly suburbs (perfect if not too far away from where Im at now) with a close proximity to a train station where the house price would be below 1 million.
