"Views & Lifestyle"
Located on the fringe of Cobblers Creek Recreational Park with views downs through the gulf this street creates that country lifestyle with all the suburban wants. With Golden Grove shopping centre a few short minutes away and access to the best northern schools available. With the block sizes catering for the traditional family's its sure to be a pleaser.
Since 1993 there has been 46 sales.
