Are there still a lot of problems (hoons, vandalism, etc) at the north end of Cavanagh St?

Hi Melbourne3000. There were problems with hoons in that street about 15 years ago! Since prices shot up, and most of the commission homes are now long gone, it's a very safe quiet area now.

Thanks for the info carol1968. I did not know there were commission homes in that area. I have noticed that it is a quiet and safe area.

Hi Melbourne3000,

Hoons and vandals aren't a big problem in these parts, as far as I'm aware. I haven't noticed any graffiti in the area or any hooligan drivers.

At the moment the northern end of Cavanagh St has become a bit of a construction site with the new development of "Central Park" in full swing. (The first couple of stages are nearing completion). Once Central Park has been finished, Cavanagh Street will be completely stunning (southern AND northern ends).

Thanks for the feedback Peter. I do think Central Park will transform the area.
